Observing Our National Day of Prayer
Linda Blankenship - May 3, 2010 - 10:28am"And this is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him." - 1 John 5:14-15 (NAS)
"... Casting all your anxiety upon Him, because He cares for you." - 1 Peter 5:7 (NAS)
"... For he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him." - Hebrews 11:6a (NAS)
To Our Prayer Partners,
We are now in the season when our nation comes together for a day to storm heaven for America. We are asking each of you to pray and contact your elected officials on Thursday, May 6th.
A United States Federal Judge has ruled our National Day of Prayer is unconstitutional. There is a Bipartisan group working to overturn this ruling and we thank the Lord for each of these men and women that are taking a strong stand for prayer.
Our elected officials in DC are considering a new Supreme Court Justice. Please lift this critical appointment up in prayer. Pray for a born again believer and one that takes a strong stand against the abortion issues.
Continue to pray about the health care reform and what is best for our nation and each citizen living in America. Agree with me that the devil cannot rob or steal another thing from the American people. Bind the devil and cast him out and release Godly Holy Spirit favor and blessing on America and each elected official and each citizen in Jesus name. read more »
Gen. 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth ...
Waynes Discernment - March 23, 2010 - 3:32pmRomans 11:25 (King James Version) For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
Today there are some 10,000 to 15,000 Messianic Jews in Israel. Jesus was a Jew. His disciples were Messianic Jews. Christians are Messianic believers. We are all brothers and sisters in Christ. We need each other's support!

An Israeli living on border of Gaza takes actual rockets and creates roses--"Swords into Plowshares"
ROCKETS INTO ROSES
In the small Israeli town of Yated , just a few kilometers from Gaza , metal sculptor, blacksmith, and part time computer teacher Yaron Bob, literally turns rockets into roses. Mr. Bob fashions theses roses out of pieces of Qassam rockets that have been fired from Gaza at the residents of Israel .
In the Summer of 2005, Israeli citizens from 21 settlements in the Gaza Strip and four in the West Bank were moved from their homes in an attempt to secure peace with the Palestinians. Families were uprooted, synagogues were abandoned, schools and businesses were closed forever; all in the hope of peace.
Instead of peace, thousands of rockets were deliberately fired on the residents of the Israeli town of Sderot and surrounding communities, from Gaza . It was in response to those rocket attacks that Mr. read more »

Capitol Hill Update: U.S. must stop pressuring Israel
Capitol Hill Update - September 2, 2009 - 9:35am
The Obama administration continues to favor Israel's enemies in the Middle East. They continue to pressure Israel to not even build new settlements which are needed to serve the natural growth rate of the population in areas which have belonged to Israel for thousands of years.
In her "Jerusalem Post" column on August 27th, Caroline Click said: "On Tuesday the Guardian reported that the Obama administration is now making Israel an offer it can't refuse: In exchange for a government order to freeze construction for Jews in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, the administration will adopt a 'much tougher line with Iran over its alleged nuclear weapons program.'" read more »

Netanyahu's demands 'absolutely necessary'
A leading Christian Zionist says although Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's endorsement of a Palestinian state was "just for show," it puts the necessary requirements on such a state.
Prime Minister Netanyahu endorsed a Palestinian state, but has added conditions that are already being rejected by Palestinian leaders. In an address to the Israeli people last night, Netanyahu said the Palestinian state would have to be unarmed and recognize Israel as the Jewish state. With those conditions, he said, he could accept a "demilitarized Palestinian state alongside the Jewish state."
Jim Hutchens, president of The Jerusalem Connection International, says while it was a concession to pressure from the U.S. and the international community, Netanyahu's conditional endorsement of a Palestinian state was "absolutely necessary." He notes the Palestinians have refused to renounce violence, acknowledge Israel's right to exist, and abide by any past agreements...

Forcing Israel's Hand
sevens - June 15, 2009 - 8:04amWhen I learned that we were extending Miranda Rights to enemy combatants, a right specifically afforded to citizens of the United States by the framers of our Constitution, I conceded, the idea of this republic surviving(in tact) for 3.5 more years, was a fantasy. I will be writing about the demise of America(as we knew it) in an upcoming article titled, Amerika. Now, however, is it only me or does it seem President Obama is on course to irreversibly change the dynamic of our relationship with Israel? For the worse. read more »

State Department Won’t Say Yes or No on Crucial Assurances to Israel
(CNSNews.com) – The Obama administration so far has refused to say whether it is bound by key written assurances President Bush made to Israel five years ago, relating to Jewish settlements in areas demanded by the Palestinians for a future state.
Three different State Department spokesmen sidestepped the issue at three separate daily briefings last week, refusing multiple times to provide a simple yes or no answer to the question: Is Bush’s letter to then-Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, dated Apr. 14, 2004, binding on the Obama administration?
Jewish advocacy groups are calling for an unambiguous response...

Obama's dangerous policy against Israel
Capitol Notebook - June 8, 2009 - 4:47pmObama's speech last week in Cairo, Egypt was highly dangerous in that he did not say that America will not allow Iran to obtain nuclear weapons. During his presidential campaign, he said his administration would not allow Iran to possess nuclear weapons.
As evidence of yet another broken campaign promise, Obama said in his Cairo speech that taking out a nation's nuclear weapons is not a decision left to one nation, but to a community of nations or words to that effect. Bill Kristol on Fox News Sunday yesterday said that Obama hardly mentioned anything about this serious threat from Iran during his Cairo speech.
Charles Krauthammer, on the same Fox News Sunday program, said that in his speech, Obama compared the genocide against the Jews (the Holocaust) with the dislocation of Palestinians because of Israel's actions following the war. Such comparisons, said Krauthammer, "[are] morally indecent," Obama's moral equivalence nonsense is what the world also heard from the failed Carter one-term administration. read more »

Netanyahu insists Jerusalem to be 'ours'
JERUSALEM | Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu insisted Thursday that all of Jerusalem will always remain under Israeli sovereignty, taking a hard line on a key Israeli-Palestinian peace issue just hours after his forces removed an unauthorized settlement outpost in the West Bank.
The twin moves came a day after Mr. Netanyahu returned from talks in Washington, where President Obama backed creation of a Palestinian state and urged an end to Jewish settlement construction in the West Bank, setting up a potential confrontation between Israel and the U.S....
